4. What is the climax of this novel? What happens? How do the events of this novel make you feel?

I think the climax of this novel when the animals of the farm aren't satisfied with their new life. This part of the novel made me feel kind of angry and the pig, and also something that can't be explained.

from this novel i find the character Napoleon disturbing, i guess it's just me but when he took over the farm it wasn't what i expected. I guess that's why i find him disturbing.

8. Answer the following question- "According to the authors you have studied, is it possible to create a Utopian community on planet Earth? Why or why not?"

According to the author of this novel, it is not possible to create a Utopian community on the planet Earth, because one change may cause another problem. The changes people make cannot be guaranteed to result as a perfect society; it will always have a flaw. In this novel animals wanted to have man-free animal farm, and when they did, Napoleon took over their farm. When he did all the animals felt like they had less freedom and were unhappy. This proved that the society can't be perfect no matter how many changes they make.

5. 9. Entry of your choice!!!!!

Draw a character from the novel "animal farm."

I drew Napoleon! He is the main character of this novel.

4. 2. Are there are any current situations in the world that relate to the novel? What are they, and how do they relate? Does the novel shed any light

I guess these days including me, teenagers wants to live independently or make our own choices for ourselves. But with less experience and knowledg than the adults, we tend to make wrong choices for ourselves. This problem can be solved with big effort and understanding what the main problem could be.

3. 1. What is the major theme of this novel? Why is this theme important to a teenager living in 2009?

1. What is the major theme of this novel? Why is this theme important to a teenager living in 2009?

I think that the theme of this novel is to be happy with what you have, be satisfied because the change might be worse than what you have in the present. Napoleon, the main character, is smart out of the whole bunch of the animals. He gets in power and makes other lives of the farm harder. In the beginning ,all the animals in the farm makes plans to get rid of the human, but later on they realize that Napoleon had made the farm life worse than before. Napoleon’s unrighteous ruling made all the other animals to suffer and feel less freedom. This theme is important to teenagers living in 2009 because we are the future of our country later on. We are the ones that will chose our country's future, with wrong decisions we will live under someone like Napoleon and have a life that doesn't have freedom or happiness.
